Gibberellic acid or colloidal silver is typically sprayed onto the female plant. Put the cannabis seeds you wish to germinate on the paper towel, Then, spray the seeds and paper towel with room temperature water, Take your container and put it somewhere dark and warm, Come back to the container periodically and spray with more water.
